New Customers:

• Before sending in VCR's for repair, please call us for more details.
• If you having shipping problems, We offer FedEx pickup call tags, just box up the units and then notify us. FedEx will pickup your VCR's the next day. No weight or shipping label needed.
• Please attach a note on each VCR with the defect of the unit. Example: dead, snowy playback, no audio record, no picture, tape stuck, won't load or any other problems.
• Include PO number if you use them.
• If you have only one VCR or many VCRs that need repaired. It's NOT a problem for us.
